On April 28, 2022 Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (the "TWSE") announced the results of its eighth (110-year) corporate governance assessment on the 28th. Congratulations to TSH Biopharm for winning the top 5% of the corporate governance assessment of listed companies in Taiwan!

Corporate governance assessments are conducted annually by the TWSE and the OTC Center. Evaluate corporate governance performance in terms of "protecting shareholders' rights and interests", "strengthening the structure and operation of the board of directors", "improving information transparency", and "fulfilling corporate social responsibility".

According to the organizer's statistics, a total of 726 Taiwan OTC companies were evaluated this year (the 8th session), and they were divided into 7 levels including the top 5%, 6%~20%, 21%~35%, 36%~50%, 51%~65%, 66%~80%, and 81%~100% according to the ranking. A company earning a 5% rating is the highest honor.

There are only 36 companies in the top 5% of listed companies in Taiwan, including 8 in the biopharm industry. In addition to TSH Biopharm, which won the "Top 5%", there are also TTY Biopharm, Pahsco, Microbio, Medfirst, One Ness, EirGenix. Biotech stocks attach great importance to corporate governance, especially TSH Biopharm has also won this award and has been highly recognized.
