Auditing Implement the company's internal audit matters.
Research & Development Integrated drugs development value chain based on drugs safety mechanisms.
Business Development Responsible for overseas company management, strategic alliances, new ventures, external cooperation and M&A strategies.
Marketing Develop strategy in accordance with company disease category, integrate marketing business resources, implement marketing strategies before new products launch, KOL manage, enhance the company's professional image, brand-effectiveness and operational efficiency of the organization.
Sales Develop strategy in accordance with company disease category, promote prescription drugs.
General Administration Integrate administration resource in accordance with short and long term goals, maintain and provide administrative support, manage financial department, company fund, human resource, shares, IT department, purchase & order department, general affairs department, board of directors, remuneration committee and administrative services.
Organization Development & Human Resource Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits. Ensure the core value triggering TSH’s key competitiveness.
