Develop strategy in accordance with company disease category, promote prescription drugs. |
General Administration |
Integrate administration resource in accordance with short and long term goals, maintain and provide administrative support, manage financial department, company fund, human resource, shares, IT department, purchase & order department, general affairs department, board of directors, remuneration committee and administrative services. |
Organization Development & Human Resource |
Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits. Ensure the core value triggering TSH’s key competitiveness. |
