Lung Cancer Panel

In lung cancer diagnosis, genomic testing is employed mainly in evaluating the gene alteration in key genes involved in the development of lung cancer. According to NCCN, these genes are EGFR, BRAF, KRAS, HER2, ROS, ALK, NTRK, RET and MET.

Lung Cancer Panel detect druggable genes (recommended by NCCN) by DNA and RNA qPCR.

Recommended for:

  • Patients who are newly diagnosed with lung cancer.
  • Patients who progressed in standard treatments.
  • Patients who need more than a single gene test for appropriate diagnosis and therapy.
